Buying or selling real estate is one of the most significant financial decisions most people will ever make. Mindful strategies paired with a thoughtful, comprehensive approach are key ingredients to successful transactions. I have been involved in the real estate industry for over twenty-one years and apply that experience and knowledge to every transaction.  

Washington is my home. I grew up in the beautiful Skagit Valley, spent several years in the heart of downtown Seattle and have enjoyed life in Edmonds since 2001. I understand what makes the Pacific Northwest special and have a sincere appreciation for the unique differences of every town, city and neighborhood west of the Cascades. I have a degree in English from the University of Washington and as a Realtor make it a point to stay educated and informed when it comes to the real estate market by consistently analyzing trends, local and national data and have earned several designations over the years.

Prior to joining Windermere, I ran a multi-million dollar construction company, working with contractors, vendors, insurance companies, various municipalities and real estate professionals. This experience compelled me to pursue a career as a Realtor, which continues to be a fulfilling, exciting profession.

These statistics reflect my ability to execute my knowledge in the current market, which helps you to sell your home in a timely and efficient manner. I have a licensed assistant, a transaction coordinator, a social media and marketing team and excellent working relationships with lenders, title officers, escrow closers, inspectors and appraisers to ensure the project management of your transaction is successful.
